—> i’m holding steady at 138.5 lbs.— not quite my fighting weight
but even after three days, the tone is coming back
i’m eating very well - Nikol cooks a fabulous dinner every night
YAY, gSar’! i’m about 5 weeks into nothing but fruits, veggies, soy, grains, & fish!
(i’m not craving meat in the least - but i am shitting and farting like mad)
oh and— Hugh, i’m back to road-work, too; 30”/3 mile runs so far
i’m finding myself extraordnarily and particularly appreciative of Ellen Lauren’s relentless guidance thru the Suzuki and Viewpoints training templates. without her, i would be lost in searching for the new thresholds which i am attempting to hang my work on. thanks, El.
